Product: HP ProDesk 400 G3 Base Model Microtower PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP HLDS BDRE BU40N Optical Drive reads CDs and DVDs, but will not read Blu-ray.  I have cleaned it, but this has not remedied the problem.

In addition, the Blu-ray disc is not even recongnized in Windows Explorer.

This drive is acting up again.  Even the anyburn program will not read a blu-ray disc.

If there a firmware update for this drive?  This computer is under warranty.  Not impressed with the disc drive thus far.
