HP OmniDesk Desktop PC M02-0000a (A9RU1AV)

The HP app that came installed on my new HP OmniDesk Desktop says "No battery" on the My Computer page. Why? Does this matter?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

A Desktop PC would not have a Laptop L-ION battery.

Your PC's MB would have a real time clock coin cell CR2032 MB battery.

No worries if your PC does a good POST and loads to the Windows sign in screen.

Regards

Thanks! I thought that was the case, but I'm surprised the HP app that identified my PC correctly wouldn't be aware of this.

I'm about to post another, more complicated, question, and I'm hoping you or some other helpful person can answer it. Please look for it!
