HP Pavilion 600 Keyboard Changing FN Keys Functions

I bought HP Pavilion 600 wireless keyboard for my desktop, however FN keys act primarily as multimedia functions,

For laptops, I know that it would be able to fixed in BIOS settings, or sometimes keyboard has FN lock key.

I tried FN+Esc, FN+Shift, Fn+Caps Lock etc. It didn't work.

Could you please help me? I just want to use F1, F2, F3 ... F12 as only F1, F2, F3 ... F12, not as multimedia functions.

unfortunately the only possible solutions currently are software, or hardware replacement
There is a solution, but that is to block the key, and you may break the keyboard
Unfortunately either this is not suitable or user feedback

I tried Autohotkey scripts, however F7 and F8 still works as brightness down/up. I tried to edit scripts in many ways, couldn't solve. When I asked in Autohotkey forums, they said that brighntess down/up keys aren't be able to changed. 

I couldn't understand why such a big company like HP can't find a solution for this. If you buy a multimedia keyboard, you have to use these keys primarily for multimedia. Is it impossible to develop an update on drivers etc?
