HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-n041
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my all in one is maxed out at 16gb of memory and we freeze up all the time.  Since I can't add more memory, can I upgrade the memory I have?   Also the cpu; can that be upgraded to faster hardware?  Currently Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4785T CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz

I guess I'm wondering if the newer stuff is faster?  Even though it is the same amount, does it process faster so that we don't freeze?
