@NonSequitur777 @Bill_To, WOW I really appreciate both of your help. If I don't need to change the CPU cooler than I can buy the I7 i7700k. If so, I'd purchase thermal paste. Any recommendations for that as well. Other then that I almost have everything that I need so far. Also thank you for @NonSequitur777 for recommending me graphics cards. So far I am aiming to get the Mimi RTX 2070. I can go a bit higher on the graphics card too. Is it possible along with the new PSU for me to get a 3060, or is it not worth it? This is what I'm getting so far based off our discussion 

•  Mimi RTX 2070 (3060 if possible)
•  i7 7700k
•  Corsair CX650M (650-watt)

Thermal paste recommendation: Arctic MX-4, such as this purchase option: Amazon.com: ARCTIC MX-4 (incl. Spatula, 4 g) - Premium Performance Thermal Paste for all processors ....  I've been using it for years and am very pleased with it -this thermal paste doesn't dry out in my experience.

A Mini RTX 3060 graphics card is A-OK too, such as this example.  The mini RTX 3060 cards may be less expensive too.

Awesome! Everything that I need is set then. My final question I have though is regarding i7 7700k. Which one do I have to buy for my motherboard as there are different clock speeds? One being 4.20ghz and the max being 4.50ghz. Other than that I am all set and I cant thank both of you enough for the support.

I am only aware of one 7700K version.

The base frequency is 4.20 GHz. The max turbo frequency is 4.50 GHz.
