Please I would appreciate your technical suggestions about choosing beetween two Desktop PCs:
HP Pavilion Power 580-105nl
and
HP Pavilion 570-p009nl
The former has a better grafic card Nvidia GTX 1060, AMD Ryzen5-1400 processor
The latter has Nvidia GTX 1050, Intel i5-7400 processor, SSD TLC 128 GB
Both have 8GB RAM DDR4-2400
I wonder which is better for:
1) gaming
2) normal, generic use
3) overall performance
Thanks!

Hi,
You can find a comparison between the two processors here.
As far as graphics processing goes, the NVIDIA GTX 1060 is the superior graphics card and would be better for gaming.
I suggest that you try some of the online simulators. If you plan on doing upgrades then feed those into the simulators. Keep track of the upgrade costs and the performance results.
I also suggest that you look at the total overall technology comparison between the two systems. Additionally, look at your applications and decide which system is going to meet your needs and possibly your future needs.
HP Envy 17", i7-8550u,16GB, 512GB NVMe, 4K screen, Windows 11 x64
Custom PC - Z690, i9-12900K, 32GB DDR5 5600, dual 512 GB NVMe, gen4 2 TB m.2 SSD, 4K screen, OC'd to 5 Ghz, NVIDIA 3080 10GB
