HP SSD EX900 M.2 500GB failure. Serial number not recognized by HP Phone Support

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP EX900 SSD stopped working after a year and a half of operation.  It is not recognized by BIOS in either M.2 slot on my motherboard.

 

I am trying to file a warranty claim but the serial number is not recognized neither by the automated system in website neither by the HP Phone Support.

 

I bought this item from Germany and i live in Cyprus.

 

How do I request warranty support for this item?
