THIS IS A REPOST OF MY QUESTION THAT WAS WRONGLY POSTED ON THE HP INSTANK INK BOARD
I recently bought a 512GB and a 1TB version of the HP SSD EX950 M.2 NVMe product line.
However, when I tried to register the warranties for these two products on the website (https://register.hp.com/apac/flowPage/registration/index.do?execution=e3s1&cc=SG&lang=en), there were NO results when searching for the product by name, model number or serial number.
Without the above information, I am also unable to use the HP Contact Support (https://support.hp.com/sg-en/contact-hp).
So how do I go about registering the warranties for the products that I bought?

@Firz_z I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Hello,
I'm having the same problem. I bought an HP SSD EX900 M.2 250GB NVME drive on 3/20/19 and it has died. I've tried checking the warranty status, but the serial number is not recognized. I also can't see the relevant contact information without the serial number being recognized, so I'm stuck. Please help.
