I purchased (4) SSD S700 Pro 1TB SATA devices in March of 2019 from Amazon. One of them has failed, and I would like to get it replaced under warranty. I see no options for this, and HP.com cannot locate any Warranty information for it when I type in the product number and SN in the site. The return window at Amazon is closed for this item, so nothing there for me.
Please do something on this. I have been dealing with this issue for 4 months now.
Best Regards,
MCrowley100
