I got this S700 Pro 1TB quite while back and just wondering if this is still under warranty.
Currently I am in S.Korea and contacted a customer center here but they wouldn't have a clue weather if this is under warranty or not.
Obviously, I don't have a receipt left and just want to know if this can be fixed with manufacture date based.
It says 3 years warranty so please let me know what can be done in this situation.
Many thanks,
Sungha

I do not have an email address. However, I will escalate your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options if any.
Please look for a private message from me requesting additional information. Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
