Product: HP Spectre 15-eb0000 x360 Convertible Laptop PC RCTO Base Model

Help! I have been searching for weeks to find a new fan for my HP Spectre x360 15t-eb000. It is EXTREMELY loud, it literally sounds like my laptop is going to explode. It pulses, gets louder and louder, and abruptly stops and then continues buzzing. Of course HP does not sell the parts and you absolutely cannot find it with their given L95630-001 part number. I need this replaced ASAP as it sounds like it is wreaking havoc inside of my laptop and gets so hot you cannot even touch the metal. If anyone knows where I can get a replacement or something compatible, please let me know.

I found many online vendor sources with a Google search.
