Hi, @Libertydoc
There are no W11-supported processors you can upgrade to in your PC.
See the processor upgrade info for your PC at the link below.

If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2.
This method is very easy to use and does not require you to make any registry changes.

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

Hi
Sorry, your MB only supports Intel Skylake CPUs.
@Paul_Tikkanen can assist with a W11 update using a Skylake processor.

Some additional feedback just because I believe it is helpful: I want to point out that your HP Pavilion Desktop - 510-p136 PC (X6G37AA), according to: https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c05325362, is fitted with the Hamar motherboard with SSID: 81B4 as you mentioned, is 24-pin ATX-power enabled, meaning, you can swap the anemic stock 180-watt power supply with any industry standard ATX power supply, as long as you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your desktop.
Some hobbyists have done exactly that, considering that an i7-6700T is actually still a fairly decent processor, if paired with a SATA SSD -or even an M.2 NVMe SSD like this User did: HP 510-p136 Performance Results - UserBenchmark, and decent RAM plus a high(er) end graphics card, such as this User: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/47631708, who likely used a 600-watt power supply to power an RTX 3060 Ti.
Kind Regards,
