Product: lite-on technology keyboard

The keyboard that came with my computer HP19-3013W is not working it allows me to sign in, but then after that the keys do not work at all.

In order to isolate the problem, I would swap the USB port that the keyboard is plugged into, reboot and see if that fixes the problem.  If not, borrow a keyboard from one of your friends, and try that.

I have tried this and it still doesn't work it allows me to sign in and after that it just won't work. Do I need to update the software?

This is happening to me too, once I log in the only keys that work are those to turn the brightness up someone hheellpp
