Given your budget restraints, I would suggest this Low Profile (low power) RTX 3050 graphics card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3050 OC: Amazon.de: Computer & Accessories, which could be yours for just €180.58.
Since this is a low-power 70-watt TDP card, chances are that even your underwhelming 180-watt power supply could power it. However, if you are getting PSU shutdowns, reduce the power target of the GPU using Tweak III, MSI Afterburner or similar.

OK, please check the wattage of your power supply -likely to be 180-watt. Report back.
Your PC is likely fitted with the Lubin motherboard (SSID: 82F2). This motherboard is 24-pin ATX-power enabled -meaning, you could upgrade your power supply as to fit/power a nice(er) graphics card.
Anyway, you mentioned that you want to upgrade your graphics card. What graphics card would that be?
Point is, there is not a whole lot you can do with a 180-watt power supply. If you want to upgrade your graphics card, you'll have to upgrade your power supply first. Even a 500-watt ATX power supply would open up lots of GPU options.
