Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey my PC wouldn’t start up so I ran a hard drive test.

i have a failure ID of 9C456F-8P5ASX-9XPGQ1-61D103. My warranty has expired so if it’s a physical problem is it worth opening up myself to try and solve or should I send it straight to maintenance?

Hello
the hard drive is defective
It can continue to operate for a certain time, but it can definitively break down, if it is not already the case!
If possible, save personal data
Try a full reinstall
Be careful even if it works, it may permanently break down, save the data regularly.
This may allow you to use the computer while you find a hard drive!
