Hi:
You are missing a character from the 3rd set of characters of the failure code you posted.
The failure codes are 4 sets of 24 characters.
99.9% of the time you get one of those codes, it means the hard drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.
Below is the link to the service manual for your PC, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10 by one of two methods...
1. Order recovery media from HP for a fee.
2. You can reinstall W10 for free by creating a bootable USB W10 installation flash drive using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the above support page.

Hi:
The code translates to one word...Failed.
That leaves nothing to go on, other than to replace the hard drive and reinstall the OS.
