Hello, hope you are well.
I'm Amir From Iran.
I have a hp All-In-One beatsstudio edition.
I had a serious problem with it for over a year now.
I have tried two times to fix it with two of the best hardware Computer repair centers in my country but they failed.
They tell me it's about the south graphic chip and tried to fix it with the chip that they imported from other Countries but finally they told me there is no chance to repaire it!
How can i find out it's Really Dead or How You can Help me to revive it?

For most computers, that is not a separate component.
Instead, it is some circuits on the motherboard.
So, you need to replace the motherboard.
Maybe, see: http://PartSurfer.HP.com
to see if the HP warehouse has such an expensive(!) part for sale.
Maybe, find the model-number of the motherboard, and search on www.eBay.com or www.amazon.com to try to find a "pre-owned" part.

I think that you have already received the best-available advice.
At this point, it seems very difficult for you to travel from IRAN to another nearby country, carrying your computer, with the hope of finding a better computer-repair site.
Such travel also would be more expensive than just replacing the motherboard, or replacing the computer.
