HP All-in-One PC 24-df0000a (7UH93AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have 8 GB of RAM in my HP All in One Ryzen Model. But I can only use 5.9 GB of RAM because of the System reserving 2.1 GB of RAM.

Is there anyway that I can solve this issue and reduce the RAM reserved by the System

Here is a screenshot of Memory tab in Task Manager:

@twomoonsbeat -- your All-In-One has reserved 2 Gbytes for use by your video-adapter circuits.

There is no way to tell your motherboard to use any less.

So, for improved performance, add another 8 GB stick of RAM.  All of that RAM will be available to Windows, almost "tripling" the amount of RAM that Windows can use.

I'm not saying it's possible..
But just check, by checking your product page, of course
the user here was able to solve this problem, provided he had the appropriate bios, and the update for him allowed this!

This package provides an update to HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS (ROM Family SSID 86F1) for supported models running a supported operating system.

Changes the Onboard UMA memory setting to "Gaming optimized" from the "UMA Auto mode".
do not use this update, probably not suitable

In case you want to add memory, because not possible, or the minimum parameter is already selected, be careful, this material is very fragile
