@Shakiba__ -- "BIOS issue"
Really? I think that it is more likely that the test that "failed" is your computer's disk-drive.
If your computer still loads Windows, immediately make a backup of all your personal files, to an external USB memory-stick or to an external disk-drive.
Then, purchase a replacement disk-drive (preferably a fast SSD) and reinstall Windows, and reload your personal files from your newly-created backup files.
If the computer is less than 12 months ago, exercise the HP Warranty to get the disk-drive repaired, at HP's expense. But, make a backup of your files, before shipping your computer to an HP Service Centre, because what could be returned to you is an "empty" disk-drive -- no Windows, and none of your personal files.

hi
https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/eas/failureid?origin=DiagSite
indeed @Shakiba__ may be a disk problem
but check the code, or repeat the test if necessary
this does not appear to be a valid code
does the computer start or not at all?

@Shakiba__ -- It starts and works as always!
I would have NO CONFIDENCE in continuing to use that disk-drive, since it is flagged as "failing".
I would PROACTIVELY replace the disk-drive, before encountering an EMERGENCY situation.
I would proactively replace a bald tire on my automobile BEFORE it "blows". Same for my disk-drive.

you have checked the code, and / or started again?
if it is your hard drive, back up your data
--------------------------------------
the hard drive is defective
It can continue to operate for a certain time, but it can definitively break down, if it is not already the case!
If possible, save personal data
Try a full reinstall
Be careful even if it works, it may permanently break down, save the data regularly.
This may allow you to use the computer while you find a hard drive!
Your computer should be this
Hard drive | 2 TB 5400 rpm SATA |
see if you need, if possible to replace it with an SSD:

@Prométhée -- Try a full reinstall
That is the WRONG suggestion, because the disk-drive is now KNOWN to be failing.
Instead, I recommend that you copy your personal files onto an external backup-drive, and then physically remove the disk-drive from your computer, label it, and set it aside. Purchase a brand-new disk-drive, and install Windows, and restore your personal files from that external backup-drive.
Following this procedure lets you sleep, worry-free, every night, rather than having nightmares that your current disk-drive completely fails, causing you to lose all your personal files.

Do I justify myself, and repeat it every time
I've been telling people what to do with hard drive errors for years and years!
And I never had a negative feedback, after that, except if, as I mentioned, the disc is too damaged
So depending on the condition of the hard drive and the exact problem, it may indeed not work at all.
But in some cases, if the computer, does not work very well, formatting / reinstalling the HDD completely, it may allow the user to be able to use it again for a while.
Time to replace your hard drive
Clearly, I have been offering this for over 20 years, and even if there are failures, it can be useful
Note that I make it clear that this can be temporary, and that you have to back up your data regularly
