Ok so I got the new ram and is 2666mhz the max it will go? Because I tried 2933mhz and pc wouldn’t boot up?

The max RAM speed of an i5-10400 is 2666 MHz:

Your Kingston FURY KF432C16BBK2/16 RAM kit is adjusting from its default (JEDEC) 2400 MHz RAM speed to 2666 MHz, which shows that this RAM is not getting stuck at its default (SPD) RAM speed.  Nevertheless, somehow your PC should be able to run this RAM to at least 2933 MHz (XMP Profile #2?), as I have seen Users being able to do that.

Oh ok thanks so I should be able to run xmp profile 1 just fine at 2666mhz? but if I want to I can try profile 2? For 2933mhz

I so ran profile 1 2666mhz and my game crashes at 15 min in the game
