I Just upgraded the 128 Gig SSD with a 500 Gig NVMe Samsung 970 Evo Plus Drive. I did a Fresh install of windows and windows runs fine but if I restart after the boot screen it will lock before the windows screen and I will have to it the power button to turn it off then turn it back on for it to boot into windows.
Anyone know why it will not boot into windows on a restart?

Well I got it to boot after a restart Finally (I reset the Bios and then Disabled Secure boot and enabled Legacy) but now the Nvidia Graphics Card says no boot to install the PCIe Power which it is. the only way to get it to boot now is to remove the Graphics card and use Integrated. I can not for the life of me find a setting the bios to enable dedicated graphics in lieu of integrated thinking that's the issue but I don't know. I did not touch the graphics card and now it wont work. even if I change it back to secure boot.
