indeed, what @BeemerBiker  tells you is one of the best options given the computer configuration
But you don't say for what purpose, what type of use (games)
What is your budget
We could tell you any model provided it is not too powerful!
But you risk being very disappointed if it is to play certain games for example
Then, size of the box, difficulty of upgrading the power supply box, you are quite limited
In function I would advise you more to consider changing computer
