The previous tech had informed about the bios recovery and you have already performed it. Still, you are facing the issue.

It is an issue with the hardware part. I would suggest you contact our phone support.

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

I followed your instructions and for my location, I was offered 2 options, this is a forum where I write or a service center, which is not nearby. I think it's the old version of the BIOS that does not see a newer video card, could you modify it for this card?
