How do I contact HP Service Center?

This is my first post.  Please excuse me if I posted it in the wrong forum.

How do I contact the HP Service Center located in Gravevine, Texas? 

I was given their phone number, [edit]by an HP Chat Rep, but that number connects to  [edit] which requires an extension to connect to anyone at that number.  According to the HP Chat Rep, that number is correct according to HP's records and there is no file information regarding SMS InfoComm nor of any need to provide an extension number. 

The HP Chat Rep couild not give me an email address for the HP service Center.
