There are no upgrades you can do to make your PC W11 compatible.
If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2/22H3.
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

If this is your computer, then there is no way to make this Windows 11 compatible:

But you can make a great Linux machine out of this. The screen is certainly good, and the hardware may be old, but still usable, so it should be well worth it to install a Linux distribution on it. I have used Zorin OS Core on a few even older machines to make them run fast again. Download here: www.zorin.com
You could also exchange your HDD against an SSD for more speed, but you already have a hybrid HDD with a built-in SSD of 8 GB for acceleration, so you may already have a fast system.
