Yes, the MXM graphics card slides into the MXM slot (blue rectangle) and secured with two tiny screws (red circles) just like as shown here with an MXM to PCIe x16 converter/adapter I used for my HP Compaq Elite 8300 USDT upgrade project:

Thank you -yes, to be honest, upgrading my HP Compaq Elite 8300 USDT was my most fun upgrade project yet!
