Yes, I forgot you were already close to the limit with what you have in there now.
The one thing I don't know about...I did not think you could use a standard power supply in our models because of the non-standard 20 pin connector to the motherboard.
Don't standard PC's have 24 pin connectors, or is it the other way around?
In any event, it isn't so much the case problem, but the pinouts on the motherboard that is the issue.
I don't mess with that stuff. I just upgrade my HP business PC's to work with the P/S they come with.
I have a dc7900 SFF, Q9500, 8 GB memory, 500 GB HDD, and a AMD Radeon HD 2400, and it works just fine with the 240W P/S.
So, hopefully you can make the changes you want.

Your system looks like a monster with its era and you got me on the edge by saying about motherboard power connector, the psu I have ordered has 20+4 pin which should support a normal motherboard which uses either 20 or 24pin connector unless the motherboard its very old and uses a non-standard connector which only can be fix my an adaptor which I not sure if its even possible. I do have chance to cancel my order before it ships out if I can get to the bottom of this matter.

Thats sucks I have sent the messages to cancel the case and PSU.
Below you can find images of motherboard power pins and the power supply connectors will you be able to tell me for sure if it will work with new PSU or is it lost cause and it uses a non-standard connectors.
I have also noticed that motherboard has 6 pin cpu connector and you can only find 4 pin connectors in modern PSUs.

Unfortunately, I don't know.
As I wrote yesterday, no one that I know of has upgraded the P/S in the dc7xxx models because the pinouts are not standard.
My dc7800 has a 4 pin connector to the processor. It's a square white plug.
So, does a standard P/S have a 20 pin connector to the motherboard, because yours and mine have 24.
Then I see that they sell a 20 pin to 24 pin connector...so, a standard P/S must have only 20 pins.

I have no idea if that would work with the standard 20 pin power supply though.
Again...reading that upgrading power supplies don't work on those models, I never bothered to experiment, and kept my upgrades within the limits of the stock power supply.

You can get 20+4 pin with the psu so this is not the problem but the problem is the cpu connectors have either 4 to 8 pins whereas the mobo of dc7800 takes 6 pin unlike yours my cpu power connector is 6 pin.
I am gona ditched the new psu and new case idea. I have found a way to fit the 95W cpu and 30W gpu my plan is to disable the dvd rom which eats around 25-30 Watts by judging the difference it make when you generate the psu wattage on the website and unplugging the dvd rom and leaving in the system will slove my problem other wise the total watts come around 243/240.
Let me know what you think of the idea.

That's a good idea if you don't use it.
But my dc7900 SFF has including what I wrote yesterday, a DVD burner drive and nothing has caused the power supply to overload.
I ran the power supply calculator on the processor, amd HD 2400 Pro 256 MB graphics, DVD burner, 4 x 2 GB of memory, 500 GB HDD and running the PC 4 hours a day, and it gave me a recommended P/S of 208 W.
So even if I added 30 W for the quad core over the dual core, I still would be under the limit.

I am surpised to see all of your componets come within the psu wattage. Although I am shocked to see why my calculations are different then yours.
This is what I put in with my Q9550
Q9550
2x1GB DDR2
2x2GB DDR2
GT 610 slightly OC (Which makes no major difference)
7.2K HDD
1 SSD
NO DVD ROM
8hrs USE which contains 4hrs gaming/3D apps
This comes to around 218W.
Although it seems possible to use the DVD rom and its seems highly unlikely that I would be using CPU 100% GPU 100% and same time burn of read from DVD all at same time which would push the psu to its limits but who would in their right frame of mind would use 3 major componets like that let alone keep using all 3 CPU, GPU, DVDROM constantly for long period. I know for use that I wont be doing that and since its the DVD-ROM which I hardly use its pointless keeping plugged in but it wont be the end of the world if I did. But it would be safe for the system if I didnt because DVD-ROM are tech of the past now and unless your old school you would never use dvd-rom because USB ports take care of this problem with minimum hustle.
I will keep you posted when the Q9550 arrives and if the installation was successful.

Yes, your specs are similar except that you have the SSD + the mechanical hard drive.
I think the GT 610 draws 29W where the HD 2400 Pro is in the lower 20W and that is where the largest part of the variance in your results and mine, lie.
Since I posted my equipment, you can run the calculator and see what you come up with, using my specs.
I got something like 158W load with a recommended P/S of 208W.
The calculator used to be better in the past where you could list what processor you had by brand and number.
Like you could have selected a Q9550 from a large drop down list.
So, that is why I added the 30W difference and still am within the limits.
I think you will be fine as long as you don't put in a stronger video card.
I've been running this thing for 2 years now with that hardware, and had no issues. The cooling fan never goes off idle.

If Q9550 works fine then I will be happy with the system but in near future the upgrade path for graphic card is there for to go for gt 1030 which use 30w also so I can take advantage of that low end card which is not famous in the community but when they prices come down it will be great for low end system like mine.
