I own a Hp Pavilion All-in-One 24-b223w. I was wondering how to install an external graphics card since the built in one only has 128mb. I was also wondering was ram is recommended to install, if possible.

@Zdog033 , welcome to the forum.
Here is the memory that is recommended by Crucial Memory for your AIO. The maximum memory is 16 GB. You may have to remove the existing memory to upgrade. You can run CPU-Z to find the brand and timings of the existing memory. This information is in the tab titled "SPD". Once you have this information you can contact Crucial's Tech Support to determine if there memory is compatible with it.
Now, to add an external graphics card you would need a Thunderbolt port. There is not one on your AIO.
