HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b025se
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have searched the web and all I could find was 1 single YouTube video and the guy doesn't show how to open this just where the screws are and the mother board. I was able to remove all 11 screws but I am unable to detach anything. The most I can get is the top flap open, the base seems so solid to me.

All I want to do is upgrade the small 256GB HDD and max out the ram to 32GB. Why does HP make it so difficult to open this base? This is the lat All-One I ever touch, going back to towers from now on.

Yes I read that unfortunately it doesn't show or say anything about taking this apart.
