hp pavilion 24-x005na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Any one know how to open the case of the hp pavilion 24-x005na? I've removed the stand screws but there is no other visible screws to loosen the case. I see other all in one models have screws on the base. This model doesn't.

Thanks

@Rossm100 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you would like to know how to open the rear cover.

Please refer to the video to open the rear cover.

HP will not recommend opening the rear cover and other parts. If any parts caused damaged it will void the warranty.

Thanks Praveen,

The model in the video is not exactly the same as the model I have however it does open in a similar way by gently pulling the rear cover off. Thanks again for your help.
