Original OEM RAM for your HP Z4 G4 Workstation (such as p/n: L12127-001) is either unavailable or obscenely overpriced.
Your Workstation requires DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, ECC, RDIMM, 288-pin RAM.
I would recommend looking in eBay for available RAM:
8GB RAM sticks: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2334524.m570.l1313&_nkw=8GB+DDR4+PC4-21300%2C+266....
16GB RAM sticks: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2334524.m570.l1313&_nkw=16GB+DDR4+PC4-21300%2C+26....
