Hi:

 

Your PC's Intel Core i3-6100T processor does not meet the minimum W11 hardware requirements Microsoft established to upgrade to W11.

If you are interested in upgrading your PC to W11, please see the method I have used to in-place upgrade several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's to W11 22H2 that don't meet the hardware requirements.
