Maximum of 16 GB installed memory. There is a single memory slot.

AFAIK, there is no video on the internet for upgrading this notebook series.
Upgrading the memory is pretty straightforward. You will need a Philips jeweler screwdriver set. put the screws you remove in a piece of adhesive tape so you do not lose them. Remove the bottom cover and then remove the battery. remove the original module and install the guaranteed compatible memory module that you purchased for the upgrade. Reinstall the battery and the bottom cover.
