Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello guys i got a Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 Processor / 2.93 GHz, 3 MB L2 cache,1066 MHz for my computer that was running a Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Dual-Core Processor, 2.13 GHz, 2M L2 Cache, LGA775 and im getting a blank screen no beep codes just fans spinning i tested the cpu (E7500) in another computer and its safe to say it is not the cpu or graphics because when i put the old cpu (E6400) in the display works fine hope you guys cant help thanks
