There is a 7.16 bios for the Pegatron IPISB-CU motherboard.  Please look at your motherboard for that name.

The above suggests to look for IPISB-CU for bios upgrades

Even it you have an "IPISB-CU" motherboard it may have a different versions and a 7.,16 may not apply to your system.

The 7.16 bios fixes the following problem

Enhancement/Fixes:

- Resolves blue screen error (7B) after pressing Ctrl+Home keystroke combination.

- Adds support for 'S4/S5 Wake on LAN'.

If you have that blue screen problem then this bios MAY help

If you do NOT have that problem then the 7.16 may not apply to your system and actually may cause serious problems when installed.

Do you have the original 7.15 bios installed?  It may have a name such as sp55548.exe

It if has the name then you have the IPISB-CU motherboard.

I found the bios here

What is the problem you have that requires a new bios?  It is always dangerous to upgrade a bios especially if the system is having problems.
