There are two problems. One is that your power supply is 180 watts and I suspect a graphics upgrade of any quality will exceed the 180 watts rating.. The other ;problem is discussed here
Your motherboard is the same "Lubin". Take a look at the picture and the placement of the 24 pin power connector
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05403971
A full or 2/3 length two slot graphics card will not fit as that white connector with cables will block. You will have to get a real "mini" for example, ZOTAC Geforce GTX 1050 Ti Mini
That card, shown here https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/zotac-gtx-1050-ti-mini.b3944 requires a 250 watt power supply and ideally 300 in my opinion.
There is a guide here to find the product number of your system. If you can provide it I can possibly find if there is a power supply upgrade possible. Since the connector seems to be a 24 pin I suspect you have a standard atx power supply. Compare your power supply to a any standard atx power supply at ebay wherever and see it is the same size. As suggested in that top url by @Grzwacz you could measure and compare to that post.
