Where is the screenshot on this wireless keyboard I got without a prt screen button how do I take a screenshot no instructions were sent when you sent it how can us retired (OLD) PEOPLE know where to look oh and I am still having problems not being able to print anything with this DeskJet 2842e printer that I got over a month ago and cannot print anything so what I owed you $8.00 come on I spent over $150 for everything I cannot believe this what are you not want to take care of your customers?????

If you press the "prt screen" button, all that does is copy the screen image into the clipboard. You can paste the clipboard image into any image editor. I used MS paint. Fn + Windows logo key + Space Bar: can be substituted for the prt screen
You do not have a "prt screen" button and do not want to use the above 3 finger solution?
Use the windows 10 or 11 snip. It is far better than the "prt screen"
I do not know what the problem is with your printer. I do know that the 2842e is an "instant ink" type where you sign up to have ink sent to you.
I do not have an instant ink printer. My understanding is that if you run out of ink you can use genuine Hewlett Packard cartridges either original or refilled. They must have an HP chip in the cartridge. If you cancel the instant ink contract then you must use genuine HP and can no longer use the instant ink cartridges.
