I am looking to find out information so that I can upgrade my graphics card and if I have to the PSU, I'm new to pc upgrades.

Your HP Desktop - M01-F0033w (6YR55AA) as fitted with an Erica motherboard (SSID: 8643) appears to be powered by a 180-watt power supply, likely with p/n: L08660-800.  Please open up your desktop and take a look at the power supply label. To check the SSID (motherboard code), type in: System Information in your Windows search bar, and click on the System Information app.  Look to the right of "BaseBoard Product", and report back.

There is a compatible 400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800 (942332-003) or a 500-watt power supply with L05757-800.
