I want to buy a triple fan rtx 2070 but I'm not sure if it will fit into my hp victus 15L case

@Hk1232 , welcome to the Community.

 

Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when adding or upgrading a video card.  Once you have read the article you will able to determine if the card will fit into the space.  Also, you will know if your PSU is powerful enough to run the card properly.
