I’m trying to upgrade my graphics card to the MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12g and I need to find a power supply with at least 500w that my motherboard can handle or a way to find the L05757-800 (if it works with the newer model of the Envy).
thanks!!

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Please check the part number of your power supply. According to: HP PartSurfer, you got a 310-watt power supply with p/n: L10875-800. If this is so, then according to the following link, the 500-watt L05757-800 is indeed compatible with your desktop:
Link: Power Supply Cross Reference for specific models - HP Support Community - 7483923.
Please note, an L05757-800 power supply is larger in size than your stock PSU:
Meaning, I don't know if it will fit inside your desktop without case modification.
Here is a purchase option of an L05757-800 via an eBay Seller: For HP ENVY Desktop 795-0003UR L05757-800 Power Supply PSU 500W US-SELLER | eBay.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
