Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)
my bluetooth has gone to crap, after a random reset that completely deleted my bluetooth for a while, but now cant pair any device. I can get to the pairing part and I can see the headphones I want to connect to, but then I press it to connect and all the loading dots disappear and it wont connect, the loading just stops completely. my wifi's fine and I've tried using device manger and all that other stuff. but it will connect to my phone so its a problem with my computer. Help?

How about explainin " I've tried using device manger and all that other stuff. but it will connect to my phone so its a problem with my computer.".
That is so generic and vague that it does not provide any specific steps of what you have tried.
In the interests of not wasting time, how about providing specific steps that you have tried.
