So I’m trying to upgrade my ram today I was looking at
CORSAIR - VENGEANCE LPX 32GB (2PK x 16GB) 3600MHz DDR4 C18 DIMM Desktop Memory - Black
would this be compatible in my motherboard ? I know this motherboard doesn’t support XMP would it just downclock to match the 2933mhz or will I have performance issues ?

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
DO NOT purchase Corsair or G.SKILL RAM for your desktop.
Why?
Its "SPD" (default) RAM speed is set at 2133 MHz. Without XMP access, this RAM will default/get stuck at 2133 MHz.
Link: VENGEANCE® LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3600MHz C18 AMD Ryzen Memory Kit - Black (corsair.com).
Instead, purchase quality 3200 MHz Crucial or Samsung RAM for your Baker motherboard, which will down throttle to 2933 MHz -the max RAM speed for your MOBO, without any issues.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
