I perchased a HP laptop on February 2021 .Now laptop not working properly .Many problems are happen.

My laptop not working properly, When I power on it shows white screen.I tried many ways but not work.I lost the receipt which I get in the time of perchase.And also keyboard problems . I installed window 11 (almost one year back). And also not able to activate the windows .So pls help me .

I see that you are facing white screen and keyboard issues with your HP Notebook.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may require repair. 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link
