My laptop not working properly, When I power on it shows white screen.I tried many ways but not work.I lost the receipt which I get in the time of perchase.And also keyboard problems . I installed window 11 (almost one year back). And also not able to activate the windows .So pls help me .

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may require repair.
