Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 (43F52AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i wanna verify details as on box it shows model no. 15-eg1000TU but in laptop it is 15-eg1xxx

  • 15-eg1000TU is the ACTUAL model/product of your machine which shows EXACTLY what do you have,
  • 15-eg1xxx is its series (of many 15-eg1something machines), they share same base, same manuals, ....,
  • and  15-eg1000 (43F52AV) is a list of very similar machines as point 2 above but smaller group (HP introduces this level for more confusions)

Confusion isn't it.

Please provide a screenshot from System Information as provided below, or just copy the information from the right "Value" column.
