I have a hp pavilion TG01 1260 and I don't know what size the case is, it turns out my PSU is only 400w and my graphics card, the RTX 2060 needs a minimum of at least 500w and I heard that the PSU has to be compatible with the case, my case size is SFF or Small Form Factor, My motherboard is the Baker motherboard and the ram is 16gb with 2 sticks of 8 gb ram.  I want to upgrade to at least 500w to 700w. Due to this issue of a low Power supply wattage when I play games my computer would randomly shut off and the fans would go at max speed, I also heard that over time this can affect your PC parts and destroy some of them. can anyone help me, please.

Hi, if I described the symptoms correctly, then most likely the problem is not with the low power of the power supply unit, but with the overheating of computer components (CPU or GPU) due to the fact that the standard cooling system may not cope with the load in this cramped case with a powerful video card. I recommend that you run one of the monitoring programs and track the temperatures of the CPU and GPU during gaming. If I am correct in my conclusions, then the temperature values will be around 90 degrees or higher, which is unacceptable.

Hello! Of course, this can be fixed, but in order to give the most accurate advice, you still need to conduct testing and provide the results. The final solution will depend on what exactly is overheating more in your case and what temperatures are observed during this process.

My GPU temperature is always between 50°C   and 63°C It never goes over or under those temps

Hello! Unfortunately, you provide too little information. So, if your problem is not solved and you need help, please provide more information. We need a full report on the results of the load in programs such as Aida64, FurMark, or any other program that allows you to track changes in temperatures, frequencies, and power consumption of all devices in your system. These programs can be downloaded for free or trial versions. You can also conduct the analysis yourself to understand where exactly your problem is located.
