My computer omen motherboard

Or model is HP OMEN 25L Desktop GT12-0xxx

I'm trying to figure out if I'm capable of changing motherboards , change gpus , add a new SSD

How many SSD slots does it have

I can't see to find any information about the motherboard which makes it super hard for me. Nor can I find the pc I currently have since it sbeen a few years.

Hi

It looks like there are two possible MBs used in the 25L:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-desktop-pc-25l-gt12-0000i/33492320/document/ish_4905334-40...

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-desktop-pc-25l-gt12-0000a/33802656/document/ish_4853505-48...

The Dorado MB uses a H470 chipset. The DoradoOC MB uses a Z490 chipset. Chipsets determine I/O capabilities. VRM power delivery determines CPU options. HP's VRM design precludes the use of higher TDP "K" CPUs.

Check here https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-30l-desktop-pc-gt13-1000a/2100404772/model/2100404775/docu... for tips to find your specific PC product number.

The Dorado MB has one 2280 M.2 socket, the DoradoOC MB has two 2280 M.2 sockets.

The Dorado MB is limited to 65 watt TDP processors. The DoradoOC MB can use 125 watt TDP CPUs.

USB I/O seems to be the same for both MBs. I only see one Gen 3.0 x16 slot on both MBs. No additional PCIe slots are present on both MBs.
