@DAVID3232 , welcome to the Community.

It would help me recommend a video card if I knew how you use the computer, browsing, gaming, etc.  Also, here is the Product Specifications page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-power-580-000-desktop-pc-series/16425610/model/1734...

If you look at the section titled "Video graphics" it shows which video card you have installed; GTX 1060 (3 GB).

Depending on which video card you install, a power supply unit (PSU) upgrade may be necessary.  The current PSU is only 300W with not PCIe power connectors.

Thank you for the additional information, @DAVID3232!

Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will tell you what to consider when upgrading the video card: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Knowledge-Base/Upgrade-Video-Card/ta-p/7481981

As you see, the two main considerations are 1) the length of the card and 2) the wattage required to run it properly.  Also, you have to consider if the video card has any, 1x6-pin, 1x8-pin or both, PCIe power connectors.

Here is a video card that will fit nicely into your case: https://www.newegg.com/msi-geforce-gtx-1660-gtx-1660-ventus-xs-6g-oc/p/N82E16814137400?&quicklink=tr...

It has 6 GB of dedicated video memory, but it requires a PSU upgrade to at least 500W.  Any of the cards that will run with your 300W PSU will not be much better than your current card.  Read the Customer Reviews to see what users have to say about it.  It has a 5 egg rating.

If you decide not to buy this card it will be a good example of what you need.  Once you read the article that I provided you will be able to choose a card with much more knowledge.
