I want to upgrade my all in one celeron pc for faster and smoother performance

Hello , 

I have a sluggish all in one HP. I am looking to see if there is something wrong with my computer or maybe an upgrade would help. Here are the specs. pic show HD kind 

It is an HP all in one 22 C0073w

i got 

Intel(R) Celeron(R) G4900T CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz

4.00 GB (3.81 GB usable)

Any thoughts? Thanks

If I am to choose between the ram and the hard drive at this point. which one do you recommend? 

If it is the rams: It seems that already have 4. do you think this computer can take 8 ? 

and if it is the hard drive I am not sure which hard drive I already have.. Can you look at the PC specs and let me know?Thanks

The product page says you have a 1TB SATA hard drive
And I saw that you can maybe install an m2 SSD.
everything is in the given links, but it will be necessary to check directly by opening the computer
