Hi:

The BIOS is locked down.  You can't overclock/tune anything.

Hi there, that ok. Rx 560 4gb 128bit dx12 costs 10k here. I want to make sure if it works in(more like outside) in hp 8200 elite sff. I mean I can use PCI extender wire.

Hi:

If that card needs a supplemental power adapter connected to it, there isn't one in that model series.

Also, the PCe x 16 slot in the SFF model series has a  wattage capacity of only 25 W.  See page 22.

I think you should stick with the GT 1030.

hi,
last question , gt1030 is 12k and rx550 4gb is 7.9k. 40w will work or just blow psu or board?
if it can't handle 40w then yep i have to go with gt1030.

I think it will work but you will be pushing it.

Hi there again, I was wondering what if I buy graphics with external power connectors and also buy an external power supply for it. It will still draw power from PCI or psu?

Hi:

I recommend you start a new post.

I don't know anything about using external power supplies.

All I know is the one your PC has is proprietary and can't be upgraded, and there are no supplementary power connectors on the factory one.
